After years of advocacy, California has approved the most comprehensive menopause coverage mandate in the country. The new state budget also invests $3.4 million in the UC Menopause Collaborative to train providers, expand care statewide, and launch a public awareness campaign. This milestone reflects years of collaboration between advocates, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers.
